Job summary

Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Technical IFRS & Accounting Manager to act as a senior IFRS technical advisor across the Pepco Group. You will prepare technical papers, monitor IFRS standards, and support end-to-end implementation and audits across markets.

You will translate complex topics into executive-ready insights for the Executive Committee and understand consolidation systems (Jedox/Hyperion) with advanced Excel skills. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• ACCA or PIBR qualification is an advantage.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior IFRS technical advisor for complex accounting matters.
• Prepare technical accounting papers with impact assessments and IFRS benchmarking.
• Monitor IFRS standards across 18 countries and support implementation.
• Translate IFRS topics into executive-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support closings, consolidation review, and IFRS issue resolution.
• Develop and modernize Group Accounting Policies and IFRS guidance.
• Deliver IFRS training and knowledge sharing across markets.
