PEPCO Poland Sp. z o.o. invites applications for a senior role overseeing the Group-wide Control Audit Programme in Poznań.

You will lead testing across Finance, Compliance and Operations, standardise methodologies, and drive data-driven insights using Power BI and AI-driven tools. The position requires 7+ years in audit/risk, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel; ACA/ACCA/CIA or equivalent is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Controls, Risk Management or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and control testing methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale control testing, assurance or audit programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Pepco’s Group-wide Control Audit Programme, ensuring consistent and effective control testing across Finance, Compliance and Operations.
• Drive standardisation of audit methodologies, reporting and control testing approaches across the organisation.
• Use data, analytics and automation tools, including Power BI, Power Automate and AI solutions, to improve audit efficiency and insight.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and support risk management.
• Monitor remediation activities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the Group’s control environment.
