Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poznań is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team and drive regular KPI reporting for internal use, explain current performance, and actively participate in forecasting and budgeting processes.

You will collaborate with Buyers and planning teams on margin opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and prepare board packs; support the Trade Analytics team and help improve processes across the department.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in financial analysis or other related disciplines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytic, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (advanced user).
• Good understanding of corporate finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Regular KPI reporting for internal purposes
• Provide explanation and insights of the current performance
• Takes part in forecasting / budgeting process
• Track performance of enhancement initiatives and cost cutting activities
• Support Buyers with margin opportunity, margin calculation, margin simulation
• Cooperation with buying and planning teams regarding product mix strategy
• Taking part in preparation of various board packs & reports on a regular and ad hoc basis
• Works out on improvements within department and across business processes
• Support other members of the Trade Analytics team
