Job summary

Aryzta Europe Business Service Centre in Wrocław is seeking a Group Procurement Project Manager on a maternity cover basis to ensure continuity of procurement excellence activities across the ARYZTA Group.

You will support global initiatives, drive governance, supplier risk management, and ESG projects while collaborating with stakeholders across units and locations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related business function.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting/KPI tracking.
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g. S2C platforms) and SAP is advantageous.
• Experience in supplier risk management and due diligence processes is valued.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes is beneficial.
• Good organisational and communication skills and independent work.

• Coordinate supplier risk management activities, including SEDEX-related supplier due diligence, risk monitoring and reporting.
• Support the implementation and tracking of sustainable procurement and ESG initiatives.
• Act as a key partner to business units and procurement teams, supporting stakeholder collaboration, compliance, process improvements and issue resolution.
• Provide business administration and user support for OneSource, and coordinate issue resolution with users, IT teams and external solution providers.
• Engage with global working teams across functions and locations, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of agreed objectives without direct people management responsibilities.

The Business Service Centre in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we have been operating as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street.

About the Role

We are looking for a Group Procurement Project Manager. This role is established as maternity cover for the Group Procurement Excellence Manager and will ensure continuity of key Procurement Excellence activities during this period. The role supports Group Procurement in driving procurement governance, supplier risk management, sustainability initiatives, procurement systems support and group-wide improvement projects, while collaborating with stakeholders across the ARYZTA Group. Following the maternity cover period, the position is expected to continue as a permanent support function within the Procurement Excellence team and will report directly to the Group Procurement Excellence Manager.
