Aryzta Europe Business Service Centre in Wrocław is seeking an experienced Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join our Global Cybersecurity team. This role will own the IAM roadmap, drive IGA initiatives, and support the organisation's Zero Trust journey with robust identity lifecycle management and access governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of IAM experience including strategy, governance, roadmap ownership and programme delivery.
Proven leadership with ability to coach, build capability, and drive accountability across teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across business, IT, HR and cybersecurity.
Delivery-focused with balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, IGA, PAM, RBAC, JML processes and access reviews.
Experience with SAP IAM solutions, including SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance.
Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, API security and modern identity architectures.
Experience supporting audits, compliance, SoD and access certification programmes.
Knowledge of AI agent governance, non-human identities and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation and management of IAM/IGA solutions in line with security policies.
Drive Zero Trust adoption through identity governance, adaptive authentication and privileged access controls.
Lead deployment of IAM/IGA with HR, ERP, CRM and cloud platforms integration.
Manage end-to-end identity life cycle including JML, RBAC, PAM and IGA controls.
Lead IAM governance activities including access reviews, SoD, audits and compliance.
Govern access for human and non-human identities, including AI agents and service accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IAM risks.
Act as SME for Identity Security guiding tech teams, stakeholders and leadership.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join our Global Cybersecurity team. This role is responsible for defining and executing the organisation's identity security strategy, ensuring the secure management of workforce, privileged, third-party, and non-human identities across the enterprise.

As the IAM Lead, you will own the IAM roadmap, drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, and support the organisation's Zero Trust journey through robust identity life cycle management, access governance, privileged access controls, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with business, IT, HR, and cybersecurity stakeholders, you will deliver scalable identity services that reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and enable secure digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and management of IAM / IGA solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and security policies.

• Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles through strong identity governance, adaptive authentication, privileged access controls, and continuous verification of users and systems.

• Lead the deployment and integration of IAM / IGA solutions with enterprise systems, including HR systems, ERP, CRM and cloud platforms.

• Manage the end-to-end identity and access life cycle, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) controls.

• Lead IAM governance activities, including access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), certification campaigns, audit support, and regulatory compliance activities.

• Manage access governance for human and non-human identities, including AI agents, service accounts, applications, and machine identities.

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks.

• Act as the subject-matter expert for Identity Security, providing guidance to technology teams, project stakeholders, auditors, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including IAM strategy, governance, roadmap ownership, and Programme delivery.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to set direction, build capability, coach others and create accountability across internal teams and external partners.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders and align priorities across business, IT, HR and cybersecurity teams

• Pragmatic, delivery-focused leader with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, IGA, PAM, RBAC, JML processes, access reviews, and identity governance.

• Proven experience with SAP identity and access management solutions, including SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance.

• Strong understanding of IAM integrations, SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, API security, and modern identity architectures.

• Experience supporting audits, compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and access certification programmes.

• Knowledge of AI agent governance, non-human identities, and Zero Trust identity principles.
