Job summary
DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Group Process Owner (Data & Systems Maintenance) to drive governance, automation, and data quality across a global logistics organization. You will collaborate with business and IT to optimize master data and SAP MDG/ERP systems, define standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include leading governance, testing, release planning, and cross-functional collaboration with international stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with Data Governance solutions, preferably SAP MDG.
- Experience with SAP ERP or other enterprise finance systems.
- Strong background in master data management, governance, and process improvement.
- Experience creating business requirements, process documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience driving automation, continuous improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead Process Governance & System Excellence across the organization.
- Drive testing strategies and release management for SAP MDG/ERP environments.
- Partner with business and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure data quality through metrics, audits, and governance controls.
- Lead projects from initiation to closure and coordinate stakeholder involvement.
