Job summary

Corevia Group Ltd. in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an hands-on Head of Group IT to own and modernize the internal corporate IT across multiple entities. You’ll oversee infrastructure, cloud, ERP/CRM, security, governance, licensing, budgets, and operations while driving post-M&A integration into a unified group IT model.

The role emphasizes practical execution, cost efficiency, and cross-border collaboration across CEE, with strong focus on GDPR, cybersecurity, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven internal IT or IT Operations leadership experience.
• Experience operating in a mid-size, group, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong infrastructure and cloud understanding.
• Experience managing IT budgets and cost optimization.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Software and hardware licensing experience.
• Experience building IT governance, policy, and standards.
• Cybersecurity and compliance understanding.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the group-wide internal IT strategy and operating model.
• Lead internal IT across multiple group entities.
• Integrate newly acquired companies into common IT standards and systems.
• Consolidate fragmented infrastructure, tools, vendors, and licenses.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Oversee internal systems including ERP and CRM.
• Define and implement group-wide IT governance, policies, and standards.
• Own cybersecurity and data-protection controls for internal IT.
• Manage and optimize the IT budget and vendor contracts.
• Lead IT operations teams and end-user support.
