Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Head of Group IT to own internal IT across a growing CEE technology group. You will drive IT strategy, unify standards across group companies, and manage infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in a multi-country environment.
• Strong infra, network, and cloud expertise (M365/Azure/AWS).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define IT strategy and governance for the group.
• Oversee internal systems and business applications (ERP, CRM, M365).
• Manage infrastructure, network and cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Lead helpdesk and user support across locations (ITIL-based).
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
• Oversee vendor relationships, IT budget and procurement.
• Build and lead the IT team.
