Job summary

CANPACK Group in Krakow/Brzesko seeks a Customer Service Specialist to coordinate orders with Logistics and Purchases, monitor sales plans, and ensure timely delivery across international markets. You will also control stock levels, receivables and returnable packaging, and prepare reports to support Sales Managers.

The role requires a university degree, very good English and German skills, strong Excel abilities, and a collaborative, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree (preferred: economics, international trade or similar).
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Very good command of German (B2/C1).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Cooperating with the customer’s Logistics and Purchasing departments.
• Handling customer orders in line with agreed contracts.
• Monitoring the execution of sales plans for assigned customers.
• Controlling stock levels, receivables and returnable packaging.
• Preparing reports and summaries.
• Supporting Sales Managers in developing international markets.
