Job summary

Swift Recruitment is recruiting a Group Controller with German for an international technology and manufacturing company in Kraków. The role supports group-level reporting, planning and finance projects with colleagues in Germany.

Poland-based position requires ~5 years in financial controlling and strong IFRS knowledge, SAP experience and excellent Excel skills. Collaboration across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• around 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Group Controlling, Corporate Controlling, FP&A or similar finance role.
• experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
• practical knowledge of IFRS.
• experience with SAP; SAP BW and/or SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
• very good Excel / MS Office skills.
• German at minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
• strong analytical and communication skills.
• hands-on approach and ability to work across multiple topics and projects.

Responsibilities

• preparation of internal and external financial and management reporting,
• support in financial planning and forecasting,
• financial analysis and preparation of models and ad hoc analyses,
• support in month-end and year-end closing processes,
• preparation of cross-company settlements,
• participation in finance projects for senior management,
• support in the implementation of IFRS 18,
• participation in the implementation and testing of Anaplan,
• cooperation with Group Controlling, Group Accounting, Global Finance and SSC Accounting,
• cooperation with international stakeholders and the team based in Germany.
