Job summary
Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a Technical Project Development Manager (grid connection)/Project Manager to drive development for renewable energy projects in Poland. You will cover BESS, wind and utility-scale PV, coordinating technical assessments and grid connection issues across the full project lifecycle.
The role requires strong electrical engineering foundations, at least 5 years in renewables, and the ability to manage stakeholders, reviews, and EPC readiness as projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Experience in wind, BESS and/or utility-scale PV projects.
- Ability to review technical documentation and identify execution risks.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external consultants.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical development of BESS and wind energy projects in Poland.
- Review grid connection conditions, layouts and development assumptions.
- Coordinate with external developers, technical advisors, consultants and grid operators.
- Assist in preparation for EPC activities and project execution.
- Participate in technical discussions with EPC contractors and OEMs.
- Support project permitting and grid-related discussions.
- Track project progress and manage technical workstreams.
- Potentially assume Project Manager responsibilities as projects move to construction.
