• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in manufacturing (electronics preferred).
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a shift team of ~60 operators in a brand-new facility.
• Introduce new processes and ramp up production lines during scaling.
• Monitor takt time, achieve daily targets, and manage downtime risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve process issues on the line quickly.
• Enforce quality, safety, and EHS compliance; onboard and train staff.
