Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a GRC Operations Team Lead with German to join their Internal Control Testing team in Wrocław. The role involves leading initiatives, delivering internal controls activities, and managing key client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years in compliance or risk management, fluency in German and English, and a strong collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal control testing, or internal audit.
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and SOX requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal controls initiatives and workstreams.
• Deliver end-to-end internal controls activities within a Managed Services model.
• Take team leader responsibility for day-to-day delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.
