Emerson is seeking a Graduate Engineer to grow alongside customer partners, building value-driven proposals and collaborating with internal teams across engineering and sales. The role focuses on understanding business needs, developing tailored solutions, and supporting sustainable growth within the assigned territory.

You will work with customers and field teams to deliver engineered quotations, manage CRM tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality service across all transactions.

Qualifications

• Technical university degree or final year of studies with graduation expected in 2026.
• Solid technical background to understand and discuss engineered solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and develop value propositions.
• Prepare and manage quotations based on engineered solutions with pricing and terms.
• Maintain up-to-date quotation and order tasks using CRM tools.
• Support Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to convert quotes into orders.
• Maximize communication channels to ensure timely customer engagement.
