Qualifications

• Polish Citizenship.
• Proven track record in government/defense logistics.
• Excellent Polish, English and German communication skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to perform in complex environments.
• Commercial knowledge and interest.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
• High-level understanding of logistics products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Capture essential data to design, cost, and price customer solutions.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
• Create process flows for key activities.
• Support tender processes and ensure competitive offers.
• Cover all transport modes with support from colleagues.
• Develop new logistics concepts and value propositions.
