Zusammenfassung

Visa is seeking a data-driven professional to shape the success of its Visa Acceptance Network Products globally. You will turn data and client insights into action, supporting product adoption, onboarding and ongoing performance across regions for a consistent client experience.

The portfolio covers network solutions focused on account verification, payment accuracy and transaction optimization, including launches and rollout of new Network Products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, business or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in payments, banking, financial services, consulting, analytics or another data-intensive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using complex data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem including authorization flows and the roles of issuers, acquirers, merchants and processors.
• Experience supporting product performance, client enablement, operational readiness, optimization or similar data-driven initiatives.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel, defining meaningful performance measures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Use data and client insights to identify opportunities to increase Network Product adoption and performance.
• Transform complex analyses into actionable recommendations and plans with measurable outcomes.
• Track readiness and post-launch performance, identify root causes and drive remediation.
• Enable client onboarding and product launches with scalable processes, guides and support.
• Support activation initiatives across markets addressing client and product needs.
• Build dashboards and reporting for stakeholders to monitor adoption, readiness and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Services and regional teams, presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
