Job summary

Mars is seeking a Workday Integrations leader within Digital Technologies to design, deliver and optimize Workday integration solutions that support Mars’ People & Organization strategies across all segments.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and GBS, defining global standards, driving scalable integration capabilities, and leading a global team to reduce complexity and enable data integrity across end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Masters or engineering degree in IT, business, or HR-related field.
• 5-8 years' experience in HR with Workday integration deployment leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with P&O to shape Integration Strategy and Architecture for HR.
• Define global technology standards and drive common integration solutions across the enterprise.
• Support data integrity, operational efficiency and service excellence across HR technology.
