• 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Deep HR & corporate tech ecosystem expertise, with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Proven track record in digital transformation & M&A integration.
• Visionary grasp of AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, and delivery of P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability tech capabilities.
• Scale a product-based operating model with ownership of enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Drive value creation and integration across federated domains, including heritage systems (e.g., Kellanova).
• Direct enterprise-scale transformation programs with change management and adoption strategies.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across Mars tech organizations and partners.
