Job summary

Ajax Systems in Łódź is seeking a Warehouse Quality Manager to lead inbound and outbound QA/QC for European distribution. You will drive audits, reduce dock-to-stock time, and coordinate with manufacturing sites to resolve defects and ensure compliant labeling.

The role requires hands-on experience with WMS/ERP, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. English and Polish language proficiency and cross-cultural collaboration with teams in Ukraine, Turkey and Vietnam are

Qualifications

At least 4 years in warehouse quality management or deputy manager role.
Experience in international distribution, Hi-Tech or consumer electronics.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, 8D, PDCA, RCA.
Understanding EU packaging and labeling requirements.
Familiarity with Polish health and safety regulations (BHP) and warehouse standards.
Experience with imported goods from non-EU countries.

Responsibilities

Organize systematic inbound quality audits for shipments from Ukraine, Turkey, and Vietnam.
Develop efficient receiving procedures to reduce dock-to-stock time.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites on production defects and shipment discrepancies.
Ensure outbound order accuracy and EU distributor labeling and documentation.
Monitor OTIF and SLA compliance with line-haul and courier carriers.
Create and update SOPs and training for warehouse staff.
