Arbex is seeking a VAT reporting professional to join its tax team in Kraków, Poland, supporting accurate indirect tax submissions and guidance for stakeholders. The role collaborates with Financial Controllers and external advisors in a multinational setup.

The ideal candidate has three to five years of VAT reporting experience, fluent English, and exposure to SAP or a major ERP system. This hybrid role focuses on improving reporting processes and ensuring compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English in writing and speaking
• ERP system experience, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills

Aufgaben

• Prepare VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, EC Sales Lists, and other indirect tax reports.
• Provide VAT guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Support indirect tax audits with external advisors and Financial Controllers.
• Coordinate reconciliations and indirect tax reporting with external service providers.
• Improve reporting processes, schedules, and tools.
• Build relationships across Finance, Tax, Internal Controls and the wider business to support reporting integrity.
