Job summary

Arbex in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior General Accounting Consultant to lead complex financial processes in a multinational environment. You will own month-end close activities, collaborate with outsourced Record-to-Report teams, and ensure accurate reporting across revenue and costs.

You will partner with auditors, implement continuous improvements, and maintain strong controls while working in a hybrid model based at the Kraków office. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience in accounting and reporting within a multinational organisation
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, influencing, coordination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting teams to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Provide oversight and coordination of outsourced Record-to-Report teams
• Support month-end close across revenue, cost of sales, accruals, standard costing, and financial accounting
• Review management results for entities and support P&L accounting for projects
• Develop standard work documentation and drive process improvements
• Support internal and external audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain financial information
