Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a well-organized travel coordinator to manage domestic and international business travel across the globe. You will book hotels, flights, trains, and rental cars, balancing time, comfort, and cost while supporting teams in North America and other regions.

In this Warsaw-based, full-time role, you will record expenses, monitor invoices, and collaborate with hotels and service providers. Relocation support and a comprehensive health and well-being program are provided.

Qualifications

Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

Organize domestic and international business travel, including booking hotels, flights, trains, and rental cars.
Identify travel options that balance time, comfort, and cost.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees across CD PROJEKT RED locations.
Record travel expenses and manage them in internal systems.
Monitor invoice flow and ensure documents are processed and filed accurately.
Collaborate with hotels and travel service providers to secure bookings.
Provide assistance during travel disruptions outside regular hours as needed.
Prepare reports on business travel costs.
Support Events team in organizing logistics for group travel.
