Job summary

HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. in Kraków leads Global Transformation Change Delivery to realise benefits and deliver projects on time and budget. You’ll plan, govern, and mentor teams across complex programs with global stakeholders.

Role focuses on end-to-end delivery, process improvement and governance across operations, with strong emphasis on Agile practices and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in operations transformation and programme delivery.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-country programmes.
• Strong stakeholder influence and decision-making in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with global operating models and matrix organisations.
• Agile multi-disciplined teams leadership; related certifications valued.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Process Excellence and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large transformation programs and deliver against business objectives.
• Oversee governance, RAID, and status reporting across programs.
• Mentor Delivery Leads and senior consultants in project delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance, Anaplan governance, and demand intake processes.
• Ensure implementation translates design into operational changes.
