Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects across software security and development in Kraków, Poland. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure scope and timelines are met.

You’ll manage stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, adopt Agile practices, and use Jira and Confluence to track progress and documentation. Independent ownership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Experienced in project management for large enterprise environments.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to own and drive delivery with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and timelines.
Drive Agile project delivery and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
Use Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage deliverables, and documentation.
Proactively resolve roadblocks and drive project activities forward with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with software development, security, and infrastructure teams.
