Job summary

HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is hiring for a Senior Project Delivery professional to lead and govern large-scale change programs within Wealth and Personal Banking Global Transformation Change Delivery.

You will collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and delivery partners to plan, control scope, schedule and budget, ensuring benefits realization. The role demands substantial project management experience, end-to-end lifecycle knowledge, and strong governance capabilities,

Qualifications

• Substantial project management experience delivering large, complex projects with defined outcomes, timelines and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle and proven planning capability.
• Use Global Transformation frameworks and best-practice techniques to shape delivery approach, estimating and controls.
• Demonstrate financial and commercial capability including business case development, benefits realisation and budget management.
• Experience in banking change initiatives with operational governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery within constraints, set milestones and allocate resources, budget and quality controls.
• Manage baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget per HSBC Change Frameworks.
• Track and report operating and capital spend against business case commitments and address variances.
• Oversee project risks, issues and dependencies and remove obstacles to progress.
• Partner with sponsors to secure buy-in to plans and changes against baseline.
• Govern change control with baseline changes following approved requests and assessments.
• Run governance including steering committees and tollgates with accurate status reporting.
• Manage implementation and transition activities so business change audiences operate in the target state.
