Job summary

EXANTE Limited is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to own TP documentation, policy, and compliance across jurisdictions. You will design intercompany pricing policies and advise on transfer pricing implications of group transactions in a regulated financial services setting.

The role requires 4–5 years in TP, a university degree, and strong English. This fixed-term contract (12 months, possibility of extension) offers hybrid work options and global exposure within a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of transfer pricing experience in Big 4 or large advisory firm or multinational.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines (2022).
• Experience preparing Local Files and Master Files and benchmarking studies.
• Experience with intercompany financing and loan pricing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document intercompany fee streams with correct characterisation.
• Set up a structured system classifying intercompany transactions by category.
• Design and implement TP processes and true-ups to align with policy.
• Document intercompany financing arrangements per OECD guidelines.
• Prepare or review benchmarking studies using databases.
