Job summary

SGS, the world's leading testing, inspection and certification company, seeks Head of Global Transfer Pricing to design, develop and implement a global TP model and policy across 50+ jurisdictions, aligning with OECD BEPS guidelines and local filing requirements.

You will lead a 6-person TP team in Poland, coordinate with local finance managers, advise on TP documentation, audits, and tax authority negotiations, while driving standardisation and cost savings across the group.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in Transfer Pricing / International Tax.
• Proven experience designing and implementing global TP policies and operating models.
• Hands-on involvement in Master File, Local File and CbCR (BEPS Action 13).
• Experience managing TP audits, APAs and tax authority negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exposure to highly regulated, multi-country environments (50+ jurisdictions).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Transfer Pricing Documentation Policy.
• Implement and develop SGS TP model for all transactions per OECD standards.
• Support TP audits, APAs and country-by-country reporting.
• Lead the Transfer Pricing team in Poland with strategic direction and succession planning.
• Partner with business units and external consultants on TP issues and documentation requirements.
