Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Manager, Transfer Pricing Accounting to lead transfer pricing across the growing group. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment of TP processes, reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Holdings, with minimal travel within Europe.

You’ll design governance, oversee intercompany accounting and documentation in NetSuite, and collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and Group Finance to align TP with filings and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of accounting experience including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with cross-border transactions; UK GAAP is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong communication and ability to work across teams to drive outcomes.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer pricing accounting and reporting across entities and jurisdictions per OECD guidelines.
• Design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies aligned with group reporting needs.
• Act as primary contact for the transfer pricing tax team and coordinate with Senior Manager.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and reporting including allocations, eliminations, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on complex intercompany transactions and restructurings.
• Strengthen internal controls and partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A and Group Finance.
