Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Manager, Transfer Pricing Accounting to lead accurate transfer pricing processes across the global group. You will design robust frameworks, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with OECD guidelines while partnering with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and Group Finance.

Sitting within Finance and reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Holdings, this full-time role requires 4–6 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of accounting experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS and UK GAAP is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer pricing accounting and reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring OECD guidelines and local rules are followed.
• Design, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies aligned with reporting requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls over transfer pricing processes to support audit readiness and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
