Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing to lead TP activities across markets, ensuring timely, compliant TP calculations, documentation, and reporting. You will combine TP expertise with team leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement in a global setting.

The role requires managing a team of TP specialists, coordinating Local Files, and collaborating with Group Tax, Finance, and external advisers. Fluency in English and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transfer Pricing or corporate tax within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing principles and documentation requirements.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating teams and complex deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across global organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and SAP knowledge.
• Experience working with external tax advisors and/or Big 4.
• Fluent English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transfer Pricing specialists and analysts.
• Coordinate transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) in line with OECD and local regulations.
• Oversee TP calculations, intercompany pricing, and recharge processes.
• Manage delivery timelines, workloads, and compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Group Tax, Finance teams, and external advisors (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte).
• Ensure high-quality data collection, validation, and analysis supporting TP reporting.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
