Job summary

Mars, Incorporated is seeking a Transfer Pricing Transformation Manager to lead global TP requirements, operating model design, and SAP S/4HANA deployment within a major ERP transformation. You will act as the TP SME, partnering with Tax, Finance, Controllership, and IT to embed TP in SAP design and ensure compliance and transparency.

The role requires 5-8+ years in TP or tax transformation, experience with intercompany processes, and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in transfer pricing, tax transformation, or international tax.
• Experience in multinational, consulting, or Big Four environments.
• Strong knowledge of OECD TP principles and operational TP processes.
• Experience with intercompany transactions including product flows, services, and cost allocations.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Understanding of Intercompany, R2R, O2C, P2P, and Supply Chain processes.
• Ability to translate tax policies into system requirements.
• Experience leading design workshops, testing, and deployment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support TP transformation lead with strategy and roadmap execution.
• Coordinate requirements gathering across regions and functions.
• Analyze TP policies and document SAP S/4HANA business needs.
• Support design reviews for intercompany sales, services, and allocations.
• Ensure TP requirements are embedded in solution design with IT and Finance.
• Define requirements for TP calculations, allocations, markups, and true-ups.
• Assess impacts of entity structures on SAP design and SAP processes.
• Develop and execute TP testing strategies, scripts, and defects.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, and actions for deployment.
• Assist with change management, training, and deployment readiness.
• Support audit readiness and TP compliance documentation.
