Job summary

You will work with a global team to drive automation and operational excellence in a fast-paced tech environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with import/export controls, HTS/ECCN classifications, and comprehensive documentation,

Qualifications

• Experience in international trade compliance, incl. US import/export
• Knowledge of HTS and ECCN classifications
• Ability to maintain compliance data in ERP and classification systems
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements
• Develop and improve import/export compliance processes and controls
• Determine export license requirements and prepare supporting documentation
• Maintain product classifications and audit records
• Conduct compliance audits and define KPIs for trade compliance performance
• Oversee daily supplier and logistics operations for compliance
• Identify automation opportunities to standardize processes
