Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in taxation, finance, or compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of EU tax legislation, VAT, cross-border transactions and EU reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in Polish and excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage tax compliance processes and filings for local authorities.
• Coordinate with local tax specialists and external advisors across jurisdictions.
• Monitor changes in tax/regulatory requirements and assess impact on the business.
• Support audits with documentation, analysis, and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate tax/compliance risks; drive policy improvements.
• Develop and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, planning and advisory activities.
