Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior specialist to shape, measure, and continuously improve global tax processes across CIT, indirect tax, transfer pricing and customs. You will design automated, first-time-right processes and document “to be” and “as is” states, working with governance forums to drive adoption and alignment with timelines.

You will facilitate workshops, gather stakeholder input, establish transition roadmaps, and partner with process owners to ensure sustained operational stability

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across global tax processes (CIT, indirect tax, transfer pricing, customs).
• Experience with tax determination, reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape, measure, and continuously improve global tax process elements to deliver business value.
• Partner with the Business Process Owner and other experts to manage current processes and define the future end-to-end process vision and roadmap.
• Design high-quality, well-controlled, user-centric processes and drive transition from current state to future state.
• Facilitate workshops, gather stakeholder input, and refine process designs.
• Document “to be” processes and evaluate “as is” processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Drive decisions through governance forums and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Align designs with programme timelines and interdependent programmes.
• Support change teams in assessing people implications and delivering adoption interventions.
