Job summary

Solaris Laser Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled in-house Recruiter to run full-cycle recruitment for R&D, Manufacturing, and other functions across Poland and the EMEA region, in collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs.

You will source candidates, manage the process in Workday ATS, ensure a great candidate experience, and promote the company values. Fluency in Polish and excellent English, strong communication, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter or recruitment agency specialist.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across Poland and EMEA.
• Experience using an ATS (Workday).
• Fluent Polish and excellent English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for R&D, Manufacturing, SCH, Finance, IT, Sales, and other openings across Poland and EMEA.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from intake meetings to offers.
• Source external candidates via postings, networking, and innovative sourcing.
• Manage recruitment process in Workday ATS and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with marketing on job posts and employer branding.
