Job summary

3Shape is seeking a proactive Tactical Buyer to join our Global Procurement team in Szczecin. You will collaborate with Category Managers and cross‑functional teams to drive sourcing for mechanical components and packaging, support RFQs, supplier development, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience managing RFQs, supplier quotations, and sourcing decisions.
• Proven supplier negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Strong cost, quality, delivery, and risk balancing abilities.
• Proficient in ERP and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for mechanical components and packaging.
• Support RFQ processes, supplier identification, and commercial evaluations.
• Assist New Product Introduction and second source projects.
• Provide analyses to support supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Drive cost reduction through benchmarking and market analysis.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain supplier and pricing master data in ERP systems.
