McCormick & Company is seeking a Tactical Buyer to support procurement activities at the tactical level. You will translate category strategies into operational tasks and provide day-to-day support to Category Managers and Procurement Managers in Łódź, Poland.

The role covers non-strategic sourcing across selected categories including Capex, MRO, and Real Estate Management, with an emphasis on data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree required.
• Experience in procurement and sourcing in an international environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience participating in sourcing project teams, including as a team member or lead.

Responsabilités

• Manage non-strategic sourcing activities.
• Support tail spend management.
• Maintain and manage catalog content.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
• Provide initial supplier issue resolution and escalate when appropriate.
• Monitor supplier and procurement process performance.
• Review Purchase Requisitions within approval thresholds.
• Occasionally deputize for Category Managers.
