Kitron Group in Poland seeks a Mechanics Sourcing Engineer to support supplier development, strategic sourcing, and product industrialization in a multinational manufacturing setting. You will build strong supplier relationships and drive cost-competitive sourcing for mechanical components.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, experience with sheet metal, machining, stamping or plastics, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience sourcing mechanical commodities (sheet metal, machining, stamping, plastics).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including CNC, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication.
• EMS or industrial sector experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and support vendor development.
• Participate in supplier quality assessments, audits and performance reviews.
• Assist with RFQ and cost negotiation to achieve competitive pricing.
• Perform cost analyses including labor, material, tooling, and manufacturing costs.
• Support DFM and product industrialization with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
• Collaborate with cross-functional multinational teams.
