Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a skilled Supply Network Planner to manage the full order cycle, master data maintenance, and inventory management within an international environment. You will work with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure timely product delivery and accurate forecasting.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in demand and supply planning, and proficiency with SAP/OMP/Tableau/Anaplan.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional, and highly regulated environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong IT skills, including planning systems such as SAP, OMP, Tableau, Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive, transparent communication.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Ensure customer inventory is replenished on time based on the latest forecast.
• Improve forecast accuracy to enable an efficient supply chain.
• Apply consistent problem-solving approaches and drive process improvements with customers and within the team.
• Maintain accuracy of Supply Network Planning master data parameters and transactions.
