Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or end-to-end supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory planning for assigned factories and maintain production plans.
• Analyse inventory parameters and adjust min/max settings to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and balance capacity and system parameters.
