Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Network Planner to manage the full order cycle across our product portfolio. You will maintain master data, handle order entry, invoicing, and inventory management while aligning with internal and external requirements.

You will build strong customer relationships, collaborate with manufacturing sites, ensure on-time delivery and inventory replenishment, improve forecast accuracy, and drive supply chain improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional, and highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cultural awareness skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, including under time pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, OMP, Tableau, Anaplan, and other planning systems.
• Understanding of the interaction between financial planning and supply parameters.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end order management.
• Act as a backup for team members.

Job Description

The Supply Network Planner manages the entire product portfolio and is responsible for the full order management cycle, including master data maintenance, order entry, product master data, invoicing, and inventory management, while considering all internal and external requirements.

Key Performance Measures

• Improve key supply chain performance metrics such as OTIF-D, SLOB and Inventory turnover.
• Support and contribute to the monthly IBP Demand Review process with key stakeholders.
• Maintain appropriate inventory coverage for assigned markets.
• Ensure continuous compliance with SOX and other applicable requirements.
• Support adherence to established processes.
• Proactively alert the local organization and EMEA teams to required escalations or potential supply chain disruptions, follow up on corrective actions, and report and explain stock-outs.

Experience And Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
