Job summary

Capgemini Poland invites a Supply Planner to own end-to-end product flow, ensuring high availability while balancing inventory risks. You will bridge global and regional teams, working with suppliers to drive data-led planning decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain planning, plus a university degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP/APO or ERP systems. Hybrid work is available with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning.
University degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with data, KPIs and planning metrics.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product flow and ensure optimal availability.
Collaborate with global and regional supply chain teams and suppliers.
Monitor stock levels and identify availability risks early with corrective actions.
Analyze and report end-to-end planning KPIs to drive better decisions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
Ensure data integrity in planning systems for reliable forecasting.
Act as a key contact for planning-related queries and cross-team communication.
