Job summary

Helprise is a global organization delivering cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives with a focus on governance, data quality, and stakeholder alignment across regions. As a Project Manager, you will structure projects, manage milestones, and coordinate deliveries with regional and global stakeholders.

You will drive data quality, reporting cycles, and leadership communications while supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Strong track record in structuring projects, milestones, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing governance frameworks and recurring management cadences.
• Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management across regions or international teams.
• Strong understanding of data collection, validation, reporting cycles, and data quality management.
• Executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Structure projects with milestone plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish governance and meeting cadences across stakeholders and regions.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Manage actions, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear ownership.
• Coordinate data and reporting cycles from collection to dashboard publication.
• Perform data quality checks for completeness and consistency.
• Maintain project documents including status updates and risk/issue logs.
• Prepare management presentations and project updates.
