PerkinElmer is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager (Fixed term) to lead the OneSource supplier management and sourcing strategy from Krakow. You will drive cost savings, ensure quality, and optimize supplier performance while building strong partnerships across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings extensive sourcing and data analytics experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of improving supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of 8+ years of combined sourcing, strategy development, or data analytics/insights experience.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends and develop action plans.
• Deep understanding of vendor/supplier communications and best practices.
• Experience in developing and awarding service contracts (RFP).
• Strong negotiation skills with positive financial results.
• Experience in similar or related industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for instrument services and aftermarket parts to optimize cost savings, quality and supplier performance

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

• Develop supplier management program and monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements to enhance quality, service delivery, and cost-effectiveness

• Analyze pricing and cost structures to identify value opportunities for PerkinElmer and its customers

• Implement value driving initiatives and track value achieved through sourcing activities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers

• Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and organizational requirements

• Monitor contract compliance throughout the supplier relationship
