Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, OneSource

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager. As the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing and optimizing OneSource supplier management and sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fixed term contract (~2 years)

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3 days office)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for instrument services and aftermarket parts to optimize cost savings, quality and supplier performance
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Develop supplier management program and monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements to enhance quality, service delivery, and cost‑effectiveness
• Analyze pricing and cost structures to identify value opportunities for PerkinElmer and its customers
• Implement value‑driving initiatives and track value achieved through sourcing activities
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and organizational requirements
• Monitor contract compliance throughout the supplier relationship

Qualifications & Experience

• Equivalent of 8+ years of combined sourcing, strategy development, or data analytics / insights experience
• Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends and develop action plan based on findings
• Deep understanding of vendor/supplier communications and best practices
• Thorough knowledge of developing, deploying and awarding service contracts (RFP)
• Strong negotiation skills and buying strategies culminating in positive financial results
• Experience in similar or related industry
