Stryker is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager for Best Cost Location (BCL) to identify, develop, and manage a high-performing supplier base globally. The role drives cost savings, supplier qualification, and strategic negotiations across regions.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing activities, perform TCO analyses, collaborate with engineering, quality, and finance, and travel internationally up to 30% as required, shaping resilient, compliant supply chains for a regulated medical technology

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of total experience with 3-5 years in sourcing or procurement.
• Experience executing supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations, contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier opportunities in Best Cost Locations (BCL) across regions.
• Conduct market intelligence and supplier benchmarking to drive sourcing decisions and cost reductions.
• Lead end-to-end supplier qualification activities including capability assessments and audits.
• Manage RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations for pricing and contract terms.
• Develop total cost of ownership analyses and sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships with KPIs and business reviews.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, quality, finance, and logistics to align supplier strategies.
