Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a senior Sourcing Hub Leader to manage a global procurement team, drive strategic category execution, and deliver value through process improvements and technology adoption. You will negotiate contracts, oversee performance, and collaborate with finance and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive leadership, experience in multinational settings, and strong expertise in SAP Ariba, Power BI, Jaggaer, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing or contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in indirect procurement and global/multinational environments.
• Proven management experience and ability to lead teams to targets.
• Fluent English and Polish; German is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sourcing Hub team, ensuring staffing and training.
• Drive price/contract negotiations and escalations per policy.
• Deliver performance targets and report KPIs regularly.
• Define hub strategy, actions and programs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance and category teams to ensure transparency.
