Job summary

Smith Nephew in Poland is seeking a Category Manager, Fleet, to shape sourcing strategies, lead end-to-end sourcing activities and deliver measurable value across Fleet and other categories. Hybrid working model supported, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization will be key.

You will partner with business stakeholders, manage supplier performance, analyse spend and market data, and contribute to sustainability and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, supplier management or a related commercial environment.
• Experience developing category strategies and leading sourcing and negotiation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across a matrix organisation.
• The ability to analyse spend, market and supplier data and translate insights into practical business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies and lead sourcing activities for Fleet and other assigned categories.
• Manage supplier performance and contract management initiatives to ensure strong service levels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve cost, service, risk management and sustainability outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and supplier negotiations, driving continuous improvement and value.
