Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8+ years of experience in mechanical product engineering, sourcing, supplier development.
- Strong knowledge of soft goods, plastic injection molding, electronics, casting, machining, forging and tooling manufacturing.
- Experience managing technically complex commodities and manufacturers.
- Experience with international suppliers and cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.
- Understanding of trade compliance requirements.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex commodities.
- Lead supplier qualification, production readiness and tooling reviews.
- Support RFQ processes, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Ensure sourcing decisions are supported by gate reviews and cross‑functional alignment.
- Develop long‑term supply agreements and partnership structures.
- Engage international suppliers and cross‑functional teams in projects.
