Job summary

Ubique Systems in Kraków, Poland seeks an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Manager to establish global license governance, optimize usage, and ensure license compliance.

You will own the end-to-end SAM lifecycle, monitor entitlements and renewals, drive vendor negotiations, and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Legal and Finance to build robust governance and automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Asset Management and governance.
• Strong knowledge of license lifecycle, entitlements, and renewal processes.
• Proven ability to manage software vendors and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own global software license strategy and SAM governance.
• Manage the end-to-end software license lifecycle.
• Monitor license usage, entitlements, renewals, and compliance.
• Ensure audit readiness and resolve licensing risks.
• Manage software vendors and licensing negotiations.
• Maintain SAM tools, data quality, reporting, and process automation.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams.
